Chaplains Mary Beck and Dennis Morreim serve Community Memorial Hospital and Sunnyside Health Care Center. The Chapel, which was dedicated to the memory of Pastor/Chaplain David C. Ziemer in 2007, is designed to be a place for meditation, prayer, and reflection. The Chaplain meets with patients, families and nursing home residents as they face challenging moments in their lives. In these situations he offers a listening ear; empathy for people and a word of hope and comfort. The Chaplain’s office also facilitates a Grief Support Group and a Cancer Support Group.
