Phase II Cardiac Rehab Program is a monitored, medically supervised, exercise therapy program designed for patients who have had:
The objectives of the program are to improve an individual’s ability to function; to decrease the risk of future heart problems; to assist each participant to develop a healthy lifestyle; and to provide each participant’s physician with pertinent information about his or her progress. Each participant receives an individualized exercise plan based on his or her medical status, and is closely monitored by a professional staff of registered nurses who have many years of experience with cardiac patients.
