CCMH Foundation
Your gift to Cloquet Community Memorial Hospital Foundation can make a real difference in someone’s life. Since 1987, when the Foundation was established, your gifts have raised close to $900,000, which has been used to purchase important equipment for the hospital and Sunnyside Health Care Center.
The Cloquet Community Memorial Hospital Foundation is a volunteer organization, with a board of nine people, and a part-time Foundation Director. Together, they work to promote and support the hospital and nursing home through fundraising and soliciting donations.
Foundation fundraisers
Each year, the CCMH Foundation hosts two fundraisers–a spring wine and beer tasting event and the Fall Gala. For more information or to find out how to volunteer for a CCMH Foundation event, please call 218-878-7652.
The Foundation’s annual Wine and Beer Tasting Fundraiser will be held on Friday, April 19 beginning at 6:00pm at the Dry Dock at 2820 Midway Road. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at the door or in advance. For more information, contact Barb Schaak at 879-4641, extension 7133 or email bschaak@cloquethospital.com.
